We do our utmost to process the information you have provided in a careful manner. This privacy statement gives you a clear overview of what personal data we process, how we handle your personal data and also explains as clearly as possible why we collect it.

You can visit our website (ai-infrasolutions.com) without disclosing any personal information (partly depending on your cookie settings on the website). However, if you wish to receive more information about, and/or make use of, our products and/or services or apply for a job with us, you will be required to provide us with some data.

A. Minors
Our website and services do not intend to collect data about visitors who are under the age of 16, with the exception of given permission from parents or guardians. AI-InfraSolutions cannot check if a visitor is older than the age of 16, therefore we advise parents to be involved in the online activities of their children. This way, we can prevent data on children from being collected without parental consent.
B. Please contact us if we have done something wrong
If you are convinced that we have collected personal data about a minor without the aforementioned consent, please contact us via privacy@ai-infrasolutions.com. We will delete the data immediately.
Why and for how long we need data
A. AI-InfraSolutions processes your personal data on the website for the following purposes:
To be able to contact you as necessary to carry out our services;
Allowing you to apply for a job;
Send you our newsletter if you have subscribed to it;
Give you the opportunity to request a demo;
Allowing you to contact us via our web-signup;
Send you requested information in response to the contact form and finally;
To analyse your behaviour on the website in order to improve our website and tailor it to your preferences.
B. Other personal data
For the execution of the surveying service, MobileMapping.nl takes recordings/photos (360 images, HR images and LiDAR images) in and of public space. This is allowed on the basis of a legitimate interest. This footage is used for infrastructure management. It is possible that by making these recordings, personal data such as license plates or persons are also captured on image. Any personal data on the footage is blurred before the footage is further processed. This means that persons and vehicles are blurred to make them unrecognisable. This is done automatically, without anyone having to see the data. The blurred material is stored and further processed for the management of infrastructural objects (e.g. traffic signs, road markings, asphalt). The management itself is carried out by other parties.
C. Retention periods
AI-InfraSolutions will not store your personal data any longer than necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected. If you would like information about our retention periods in your specific case, please contact: privacy@ai-infrasolutions.com.
Regarding personal data collected in the context of your application, the following retention periods are observed:
If you are not hired:
4 weeks after termination of application procedure without consent, under the AVG.
1 year after termination of application procedure with applicant's consent, under the AVG.
If you do get hired:
Up to 7 years after end of contract, under the National Income Tax Act.
D. Base
The processing of data in the context of application procedures takes place on the basis of consent and/or a legitimate interest to carry out an application process. The processing of your personal data for any of the other purposes described under Article 4a takes place on the basis of your consent. By providing your data, you consent to us processing the data for the purposes described above.

Besides the cookies we use, as described in our cookie declaration, we also share the data we collect from you on our website with the following third parties:

AI-InfraSolutions wants to be sure that the request has been made by you. That is why we kindly ask that you, along with your request for access, correction or removal, send us a copy of your ID. To protect your privacy, AI-InfraSolutions asks you to black out your photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), document number and citizen service number/social security number in this copy.
AI-InfraSolutions will respond to your request as soon as possible, but at least within four weeks.
Right to complain
A. Internal handling
If you have any complaints about the processing of (personal) data, AI-InfraSolutions would like to clear the air with you in mutual consultation. Please send your complaint to privacy@ai-infrasolutions.com.
B. Data Protection Authority
Based on the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to submit a complaint to your own Data Protection Authority about our processing of your personal data. You can contact the lead supervisory authority of AI-InfraSolutions, which is the Dutch DPA (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens). Secure connection using SSL - encryption
A. SSL
To protect you as a website visitor, AI-InfraSolutions uses secure encryption technologies. Using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) your personal data is encrypted (not visible to third parties) on our site. This way, you can be sure that your data will only be visible to you and our server.
B. How can I identify the secure connection?
We use SSL-encryption on all parts of our site where your data is used, such as when filling out the contact form. You can check and recognize this yourself. When you are on an encrypted part of our site, you will see a (green) lock symbol appearing in the lower-right or top-left corner of your browser. In addition, the URL of http:// changes to https:// which also indicates that the page is secure.
